A lecturer from Applied Thai Traditional Medicine, School of Medicine, Walailak University join the meeting agenda about the project “คนคอน รวมใจสู้ภัยโควิด (หมู่บ้านสีฟ้าสู้ภัยโควิด)” on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at the Tha La conference room.

The representatives who attended the meeting consisted of Tha Sala district chief, Tha Sala District deputy district chief, Health promotion officer, Thai Folk medicine had a meeting to discuss in two directions: 1. Applying the science of Thai traditional medicine to Tha Sala District 2. How we can apply the knowledge to the process? In conclusion, there are many topics following 1. Ya Ha rak and Janthaleela recipes were chosen to treat COVID-19 pt. 2. The selection of single herbs promotes planting in the Tha Sala area. 3. Thai herbs including Kaempferia, red basil, Andrographis paniculata, galangal, ginger, garlic, onion need to be ordered by Thai traditional medicine.  Finally, representatives from the applied Thai traditional medicine School of Medicine Walailak University have a suggestion on exchanging the use of herb recipes and singles against covid infection. Moreover, the integration of medical science and Thai traditional medicine is the most effective result by focusing on how herbs can help to promote, prevent, restore.
