“Happiness in medical study and the coping with exam stress”

                    On 20 October 2021, the Doctor of Medicine Program, School of Medicine (SMD), Walailak University, organized an event titled “Happiness in medical study and the coping with exam stress,” which aims to share information and learning experiences during medical school. This event is part of the Homeroom course conducted on 48 first-year medical students and coordinated by Auemphon Mordmuang, Ph.D.
                    Ratchapon Mala, M.D., one of the alumni of the 6th SMD who works as a doctor at Walailak University Hospital, was invited to be a motivational speaker at the event. He gave students suggestions about the effective ways to manage stress during the study period. Moreover, he shared his experiences in how best to deal with the pressures of exams and working. In addition, all participants have learned about the advantage of group learning and tutoring, which can help to improve their knowledge, memory, and problem-solving skills.
