Human anatomy dissection workshop

The lecturers in an Anatomy team of the School of Medicine, Walailak University, organized the human anatomy dissection workshop for the second-year medical students at Anatomy Building 2 between 17th-22nd February 2022. This event aims to encourage the students to review their practical skills in the human gross anatomy course studied online during COVID-19. At the beginning of the event, there was a merit ceremony for paying respect and honoring the human cadavers. It also instills in students an appreciation of the humanity of those who sacrifice themself for knowledge of human anatomy. On this occasion, the medical students practiced the human cadaver dissection under the supervision of the lecturers. As a result, it has revealed that the students can well link with the contents they have learned before. Moreover, they can understand the study of human anatomy better.
