We are very special thanks to Dr. Paratthakorn Tantivachiratakul and his team for supporting the activities of this project. Contemplative education helps students know themselves more deeply and engage constructively with others. Contemplative education is a philosophy of higher education that infuses learning with the experience of awareness, insight, and compassion for oneself and others through the erudite academic practices of meditation. Contemplative education is both a concept and practice that proposes transformative learning at various levels such as self-transformation, organizational transformation, and social
