Her artwork has been officially shortlisted as one of the Top 8 finalist pieces in the Abstract Art Competition at the East Asian Medical Students\u2019 Conference (EAMSC) 2026, which will be held in Nepal from 15\u201319 January 2026 under the theme \u201cMental Health and Wellbeing: Addressing the<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Silent Crisis.\u201d Her participation in this conference is supported by the Asian Medical Students\u2019 Association Thailand (AMSA TH). Ms. Punyanuch\u2019s artwork conveys a significant mental health issue \u201cdepression arising from pressures imposed by oneself, family, and society, which may lead to feelings of despair. However, the work also reflects the notion that with opportunities for healing and appropriate support, despair can be transformed into the strength to move forward, symbolized as a small light at the end of the tunnel guiding one through the darkness.\u201d The artwork demonstrates her potential, creativity, and profound understanding of mental health issues from both social and humanistic perspectives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The School of Medicine recognizes Ms. Punyanuch for her dedication and ability to integrate medical knowledge with artistic expression to effectively communicate critical mental health issues.
