Under the close supervision of Japan\u2019s leading surgical specialists, she engaged in advanced practice simulations and optimized procedural workflows. The exchange also served as a dynamic platform for bilateral academic synergy, allowing both institutions to share clinical ideas, compare retrospective outcomes, and discuss innovative surgical techniques.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beyond the operating room, the program fostered deep cultural immersion. Dr. Phatcharaporn experienced traditional Japanese culture firsthand through warm lunch gatherings and welcoming dinner sessions.
