On January 23, 2025, the Bachelor of Science program in Sport and Exercise Science, School of Medicine, Walailak University, organized a professional skill enhancement project focused on physical fitness testing. The course, SSE63-223: Physical Fitness Testing and Health Assessment, was designed for second-year students (2nd semester, 2024) to improve their practical skills. The event was held at the Thasala Subdistrict Municipality Office in Thasala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand.
Faculty and staff from the Department of Sport and Exercise Science participated in the activity, which involved conducting physical fitness tests for the elderly. The program received excellent cooperation from the Thasala Elderly Club.
