On April 4th, 2025, the Doctor of Medicine program, Walailak University organized a seminar aimed at improving the management of teaching and learning for the 2025 academic year. The seminar was specifically designed for faculty members and academic professionals within the program. Its purpose was to review and assess the effectiveness of the teaching methods used during the 2024 academic year and to ensure preparations for the upcoming year would enhance quality, aligning with the changing context and circumstances. The seminar focused on adapting to the digital age and ongoing societal changes. Additionally, a workshop titled “Essential Skills for Teaching Gen Y & Z Learners” was conducted, featuring distinguished guest speakers Dr.Punyapat Maprapho, M.D. and Dr.Supakit Boonanegpat, Ed.D., from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. They shared insights and strategies for adjusting teaching approaches to better cater to students from various age groups and technological backgrounds. This seminar was a crucial step in strengthening the capabilities of faculty members and academic staff, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the overall quality and effectiveness of the Doctor of Medicine program to meet the needs of modern learners.
