Walailak University Sports Science Students Triumph with 5 Medals at “Inthanin Games”

The Sports and Exercise Science program in the School of Medicine, Walailak University, proudly announces the outstanding achievements of its students at the 51st Thailand University Games, “Inthanin Games,” held at Maejo University, Chiang Mai. Our talented student-athletes secured a total of 5 medals across 4 sporting disciplines.

Medal Standings & Athlete Recognition:

  1. Ms. Phatcharachol Khosawat (2nd-year student): Earned a Silver Medal in Hapkido (Women’s Combat, Under 60kg) and a Silver Medal in Taekwondo (Women’s Combat, Under 57kg).
  2. Ms. Usamanee Srisawang (3rd-year student): Earned a Bronze Medal in Hapkido (Women’s Combat, Under 70kg).
  3. Ms. Prapasrtorn Sangsung (3rd-year student): Earned a Bronze Medal in Ju-Jitsu (Tachi Waza, Under 48kg).
  4. Mr. Jarupong Wattana (1st-year student): Earned a Bronze Medal in Indoor Rowing (500m Novice Men).
