Faculty members from the Applied Thai Traditional Medicine Program, School of Medicine, Walailak University, visited and exchanged knowledge on educational management and Applied Thai Traditional Medicine services at Chao Phraya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital, Prachin Buri Province, and the Applied Thai Traditional Medicine Program, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Burapha University.
On August 6, 2026, the faculty members visited Chao Phraya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital to exchange knowledge and experiences regarding clinical operations, facilities for practical training, educational quality assessment, and teaching and learning management. The delegation also visited the Chao Phraya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital Foundation to learn about herbal medicine production in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) under the Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S), quality control (QC) processes, and planning strategies to support students’ practical training.
On August 7, 2026, the delegation visited the Applied Thai Traditional Medicine Program, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Burapha University. The visit provided an opportunity to exchange experiences in teaching and learning management, the utilization of educational resources and facilities, student support systems, and educational quality assessment. The delegation also exchanged knowledge and approaches regarding clinical services in Applied Thai Traditional Medicine.
The visits to both institutions provided valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange, academic networking, and the sharing of best practices. The knowledge and experiences gained will be applied to further develop teaching and learning, practical training, and Applied Thai Traditional Medicine services, with the aim of enhancing the quality of graduate education and professional services in accordance with professional standards.
