Medical students, dental students, and staff from Walailak University organized a merit-making ceremony for the cadavers for the year 2024.

The Faculty of Medicine, in collaboration with the Science and Technology Instrumentation Center at Walailak University, held the ‘Merit-Making Ceremony for the cadavers’ on January 19, 2025, at Anatomy Building 1. This event was organized to express gratitude to the cadavers who dedicated their bodies for education after the end of the anatomy laboratory classes in the undergraduate medical and dental programs of Walailak University for the academic year 2024. The event included a religious ceremony, the presentation of scholarships to students with the highest scores in the anatomy course, and participation from the outstanding anatomy practical groups from both programs, consisting of medical students Yannaphat Kraichan, Chatcharin Jandee, Peerapat Thiangtham, dental students Kavinphop Jutamontri, Phongsakorn Thongpraphai, Nannapat Wongvatanyu, and representatives from the outstanding anatomy practical group, supported by a budget from the fund for activities related to the cadavers at Walailak University.
